Gorilla Strong — Invitation Only

Starting March 2

This is not a fitness challenge.

This is a discipline reset.

For four weeks, six people will train in Ghost Mode — no distractions, no excuses, no wasted effort.

I’m selecting:

  • 3 men

  • 3 women

Who are ready to give everything to become stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Spots are intentionally limited.

Because real change requires real coaching.

Training Schedule

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays12:05 PM – 1:00 PM

Three coached sessions per week.

Small group intensity.

Individual accountability.

No hiding.

No coasting.

No quitting.

What Ghost Mode Includes

  • Strength-focused training sessions

  • Conditioning and work capacity

  • Simple nutrition structure

  • Accountability check-ins

  • Weekly progress tracking

  • Coaching inside and outside the gym

This is not random workouts.

This is coached transformation.

Weekly Structure

Week 1 — Discipline

Build routine. Learn movement patterns. Establish baseline strength and conditioning.

Week 2 — Pressure

Intensity increases. Conditioning improves. Nutrition consistency becomes non-negotiable.

Week 3 — Adaptation

Strength climbs. Work capacity improves. Confidence starts to show.

Week 4 — Proof

You finish stronger, leaner, and mentally tougher than when you started.

No gimmicks.

Just execution.

Who This Is For

Busy adults who:

  • Want structure

  • Want accountability

  • Want real coaching

  • Are tired of starting over

  • Are ready to be pushed

Not for dabblers.

Not for excuse-makers.

The Standard

You show up.

You work.

You commit.

I handle the rest.
