Because discomfort builds discipline. Discipline builds monsters.

How to Kill Comfort Before It Kills You

  • Lift heavy. Stop playing with weights. Build strength that scares you.

  • Do what you hate. Because that’s where the growth is hiding.

  • Choose discipline. Every damn time.


Comfort isn’t your friend. It’s the slow poison that makes you old before your time. It’s weakness dressed up as pleasure.
