4. Metcon - Alt. EMOM x 20 1st- 1 Round of Cindy 2nd- 3 Deadlifts (Climb in Weight) *1 Round of Cindy: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats *For RX deadlifts start at 1.5x BW and work up if possible.
